Revenge Of The Sith
Ok so this is the “final” installment of the Star Wars epic. Sure. Until the next one comes out. To be fair, I will tell you that I haven’t seen a star wars movie since I saw the original on TV a few years ago. I didn’t see Episode I, or II, but decided “why not” and watched Revenge Of The Sith. Mulholland Falls
If you’ve never read any reviews by me before, let me make something clear: I’m not a movie buff. I’m so far from being a movie buff it’s not funny. My review is just an honest opinion. With that said…
This movie rocks! I saw it on my cable network’s list of movies available for download but I wasn’t sure I should watch it. I’m glad I finally did. You can click the read more link below for the rest of the review…

No HT Vulnerability In Linux
I saw on OS News that Greg KH posted a comment pointing out that the 2.6 Linux kernel does not suffer from a vulnerability that could allow exploits via the Hyperthreading found in P4 and similar chips. Good news for the penguins!

WTF is “the sticks” and how can you live there?
Do you know anyone who lives in the sticks? Did you know that the term “the sticks” is an american slang term that originates in the early 1900’s? I didn’t know that either until I made it my mission to find out where the phrase came from. So far, I’ve found this site, and that’s good enough for me at this point. If you get any more definite proof, feel free to contact me =)

Do you listen to breaks? Drum & Bass? Jungle? Hip Hop? Trip Hop? Do you know what a breakbeat is? If you don’t, I suggest you check out the Sister DJ Glossary, this article by Philippe Renaud, or of course, the Wikipedia entry for breakbeat. More on breaks to come!

Hungarian Notation?
While lurking in #ruby-lang on freenode, someone (chris2, actually) mentioned this article from www.joelonsoftware.com, about coding style. It’s a very interesting article which just might change the way you code! Definitely a must read.

Linux on the Mac Mini
Slashdot linked to a nice IBM article about installing linux on a mac mini. check it out here. I’m probably getting a powerbook… once I convince myself that more debt isn’t so bad. Hey it’s the American way after all, isn’t it?
