No HT Vulnerability In Linux

I saw on OS News that Greg KH posted a comment pointing out that the 2.6 Linux kernel does not suffer from a vulnerability that could allow exploits via the Hyperthreading found in P4 and similar chips. Good news for the penguins!

While lurking in #ruby-lang on freenode, someone (chris2, actually) mentioned this article from www.joelonsoftware.com, about coding style. It’s a very interesting article which just might change the way you code! Definitely a must read.
